Please follow the marshals’ directions as you approach Shobnall\, who will guide you to the car parks. \nChanging and Shower Facilities in the leisure complex for a small fee \nMeasured 10k race under UKA rules\, limited to 400 Entries. \nHeadphones As per EA rule TR55 S5\, the wearing of headphones or similar devices (other than those medically prescribed) is not permitted.
