With Rutland medical solutions on hand to ensure your safety is our number one priority.   \n  \nPlease note\, \nSwim floats must be used\,  SwimRutland loan floats to competitors\, This is now included within your entry fee.  \nIf you have your own already\, you may use it at our swim events\, subject to checks. \n\n\nMinimum age restrictions apply. Please follow the marshals’ directions as you approach Shobnall\, who will guide you to the car parks. \nChanging and Shower Facilities in the leisure complex for a small fee \nMeasured 10k race under UKA rules\, limited to 400 Entries. \nHeadphones As per EA rule TR55 S5\, the wearing of headphones or similar devices (other than those medically prescribed) is not permitted.
