First ran in 1989, the Flitwick 10k, set in the heart of Bedfordshire, is a fast and undulating 10km closed road race around the picturesque outskirts of Flitwick. A well organised, friendly 10km event featuring plenty of supportive marshals throughout makes a great choice for beginners and experienced runners alike. With excellent road and rail links to Bedford, Luton, Hitchin and Milton Keynes, the Flitwick 10k is a great Spring 10km event to get your 2023 season started.

The Flitwick 10k road running race will be back for 2025
Come and join us on our fast, undulating course around the streets of Flitwick and surrounding areas and help make our 2024 event the best Flitwick 10k possible.
What’s not to like? you get to race around the picturesque outskirts of Flitwick with friendly and encouraging Marshalls throughout the route, great for runners of all levels.
There is also a FREE junior fun run after main race.
