Join us for our Run Away Those January Blues Event!!
Start February as you mean to go on — Sunday the 1st of February 2026 at Shrewsbury Town Football Club.
This timed 5K event is fun for all the family. Whether you’re new to running or returning for another challenge, all ages and abilities are welcome.
Schedule: • Registration: 9:00–9:45 am (Smithy’s Bar) • Warm-up: 10:00 am • 2K Fun Run Start: 10:30 am • 5K Run Start: 11:00 am
